She checks labs, is functional medicine trained and has walked the journey. She lost over 160 pounds and she teaches you how to do it and maintain the weight loss. 5/9/24I met with friends in Manhattan yesterday which I have not seen in a few months, we sat at our table to dine, and I noticed that they were both staring at my face. They suspected I had something done, but they looked at me very carefully and could not figure it out. All they said was I looked 20 years younger and the most relaxed they’ve ever seen me. I am 70 years old. I shared with them the details around the excellent customer experience that I recently received from Bertha Campbell at the Institute For Optimal Healing and Aesthetics.This was my first and only visit thus far. I met with Bertha and we talked. I explained that until recently, I worked in corporate America for the last 40 years. and it was important for me to use cosmetic aesthetics…not to look younger…but to look refreshed and not tired as in my role, I competed with others that were half my age. I shared that for the last 10 or 15 years I’ve been using fillers on my face…and although the filler generated a great result… in my line of work I was always smiling and the filler around my mouth would disappear quickly and create marionette lines. Bertha recommended that I use PDO threading in this area to create a bit of a lift around the corners of my mouth…I am very happy with the result.It began with the scheduling of my appointment, the friendliness of the staff, the visit to the office which was impeccably clean and welcoming…and Bertha’s expertise and professionalism…all came together to create a wonderful experience,I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Bertha for a consultation, if this is an area of interest!

I’ve gotten some Botox and work done at other places, but they’ve just done the work I’ve asked and that was it. Here Bertha was warm and friendly, sat me down and explained everything to me.
