Eunice is a dedicated professional who excels in her role as a Virtual Assistant and Appointment Setter at the Institute. With her exceptional communication skills and keen attention to detail, she efficiently handles inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that patients receive the necessary support and guidance. Eunice’s primary responsibility is to set appointments for patients with Bertha, while also addressing inquiries and concerns over the phone. Additionally, she is proficient in composing informative emails to provide patients with essential information.

Eunice obtained her Bachelor of Secondary Education degree with a major in English and holds a license as an English teacher. Her educational background has equipped her with excellent language skills and a solid foundation in effective communication. Originally from the Philippines, Eunice brings her cultural diversity and linguistic abilities to her work, enabling her to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds.

Having a passion for both the healthcare industry and sales, Eunice thrives in her role as a Virtual Assistant and Appointment Setter. Previously, she worked in a customer service and benefits counselor position for a call center company, where she handled healthcare accounts. Her experience in the industry has honed her ability to provide outstanding customer service while ensuring patients’ needs are met efficiently.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Eunice enjoys spending her free time engaging in outdoor activities, particularly hiking, which allows her to unwind and connect with nature. She also finds solace in watching movies at home, appreciating the art of storytelling through film.
